CBSE Capacity building programme on the topic stress management was held at Shagun Palace organised by B L Central Public School Shamti Solan on 19.11.2022 from 9 am to 5 pm. 41 teachers from different 12 reputed CBSE schools participated. Mrs. Masooma Singha Principal MRA DAV Solan and Mr. Ravi Sharma, From APS Dagshai graced this occasion as the Resource Persons from CBSE and motivated all the teachers to be stress free with some interesting activities. Mr. Amit Sharma MD, S. Jasvir Singh Maan Director-Admin were present there. Dr.Kamalpreet Kaur, Principal B L Central Public School Shamti said that real education makes us humble, disciplined and positive in all the situations. All the teachers enjoyed the session and left with positive mind set. These kind of sessions boost up the energy of the teachers to handle different situations at school and society.
