Shoolini Institute of Life Sciences and Business Management (SILB) successfully conducted a two-day “Virtual Induction 2020” for the first year students which concluded yesterday.
The introductory session began with the traditional lighting of the lamp followed by Presidential Address in which Mrs Saroj Khosla blessed the students and motivated them to excel. She also administered an oath to the new students to pledge that they would remain sincere in their studies.
Besides the President of the Institute, Mrs Saroj Khosla, Director Dr. Shalini Sharma along with Head of Management Department Dr. Daman Preet Kaur and all the staff members of the department were present at the introductory session of the induction programme.
Dr. Shallu Sehgal and Ms. Shivani Dutt introduced students to SILB through a virtual presentation on the institute. They also informed the students about the Rules and Regulations of the institute.
The students presented a virtual skit named “Youth : I Am Possible” in which they showed the potential of youth. Students presented wonderful performances and also showered their love through virtual messages. The vote of thanks was extended by Dr Daman Preet Kaur.
During the second session of the “Induction Programme” the students gave their introduction and then a training session was conducted by SILB Technical experts on the SILB’s online learning portal ”Aaddoo”.
Earlier the institute also celebrated the Teachers Day on September 5.
